Get the Flock Out of Here

𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲! A network of cameras tracking where you drive, where you go, and when you’re there should concern every one of us. There may be legitimate public safety uses for this technology. But without strong safeguards, oversight, and accountability, the potential for abuse is enormous. We’ve already seen what can happen when these systems are misused right here in WI-06. 𝗜 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀. Public safety matters but so does our right to privacy.
