As this campaign comes to a close, Brad Smith shares a heartfelt message of gratitude to the family, friends, volunteers, and supporters who made it possible. From thousands of doors knocked to conversations across Wisconsin's 6th Congressional District, this campaign has been built on a shared belief in our...

We bring you a virtual debate between Congressman Glenn Grothman and Brad Smith for Wisconsin's 6th Congressional District, covering all of the top issues for voters in the 6th District. Topics include: DO YOU BELIEVE GAS PRICES ARE A PROBLEM FOR FAMILIES? WHAT IS YOUR POSITION ON THE IRAN WAR? WHAT IS YOUR VIEW ON...

Glenn went on Newsmax and says voters are voting for Democrats this election….love it (!) …. but then went on to complain and blame Democrats for high gas prices, which in reality are HIS and the Trump Administration’s doing as they continue to push the wildly unpopular and economically disastrous war in Iran. What...

Brad Smith, candidate for Congress in Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District, hosts a live virtual town hall as part of the Run Glenn Out (of) Town Hall Tour. Brad takes questions and talks about the issues facing WI-06, what he’s hearing from people across the district, and his vision for representing Wisconsin in...

𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲! A network of cameras tracking where you drive, where you go, and when you’re there should concern every one of us. There may be legitimate public safety uses for this technology. But without strong safeguards, oversight, and accountability, the potential for abuse is enormous. We’ve...

Hazardous air from #wildfires for the fourth year in a row. #climatechange is real and it is here. No more denying it or looking the other way. We must act now and it begins on August 11 and continues on November 3. I’d be honored to be your choice for the next Congressman for #wi06. #flipthe6th #vote

While Congressman Grothman frequently says he supports Wisconsin dairy farmers, he has not been a leading advocate for reforming the federal milk pricing system. But he knows farmers are facing a nearly 13 percent drop in milk income next year, and he knows #farm bankruptcies are rising across our state and the...

Supporting public education means supporting the #k12 educators who make it possible. Our teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, librarians, bus drivers, and school staff are being asked to do more with less every year. When politicians like Glenn Grothman divert taxpayer dollars away from public schools,...

An incredible 250th anniversary weekend is in the books. Our volunteers showed up in force, representing the #campaign all across the district. We met, we connected, we spread the word, and we had a blast doing it! Thank you to everyone who showed up in your gear and helped spread joy in celebration of our beautiful...

The biggest difference between my campaign and Glenn Grothman’s is who we believe government should work for. 🚫 Glenn has consistently supported policies that favor billionaires, large corporations, and special interests. Glenn has failed Wisconsin’s working families. ✅ I support policies that put working people...

Before any further development continues on #ai #datacenters in #wi06 , we need detailed regulatory hurdles, transparency requirements, and serious penalties for company violations. Citizens must know they will not be harmed by these developments. We must demand #environmentalprotections and let communities discuss...

Someone at a meet & greet recently asked me whether I support a woman’s right to choose. I gave a simple answer: reproductive medical decisions belong to women and families, not politicians. ❤️ I support #reproductivefreedom , each woman’s right to make her own medical decisions, and ensuring complete access to the...

It was a marathon weekend on the campaign trail. Started the day off at the Thiensville’s Fun Before the 4th #parade. Next, I headed up to Fond du Lac for its parade. Then back down to Grafton for the Holidaze parade. In times where we see so much #politicaldivision, it’s wonderful to have communities from all walks...

I’m Brad Smith, and I’m running for Congress in Wisconsin’s 6th District. I’m a lifelong Wisconsinite, a National Guard overseas veteran of the Global War on Terror, a business leader, and a dad raising two boys in Mequon. I was born in a one stop sign town where my dad worked at the feed mill and my mom waited...

Happy Father's Day! I interviewed my dad Pete about growing up in Iola, Wisconsin and about what’s important to him. To dad, and all the fathers out there I wish you the best!

Trump’s decision to oppose #affordablehousing legislation, even as Glenn Grothman voted for it, is a reminder that progress rarely comes in a straight line. When good ideas that could help working families find an affordable place to live get caught up in partisan politics, it’s everyday people who pay the price. We...
